Formed in 1998 around NEMO, formerly of DEATH FILE, the band appeared at LOUD PARK 06 and festivals in Taiwan, South Korea, and Russia. They shared the stage with British grindcore veterans NAPALM DEATH as part of an active push into overseas markets. In 2012 they signed with an Italian agent, then joined Poland’s BEHEMOTH on a Russian tour to strong responses at each stop. Within months of that tour’s end they returned to Russia, this time alongside KREATOR. Immediately after coming home they launched a Baltic states tour with New York’s OVERKILL, then undertook their first full European tour — making clear that Survive had arrived on the international stage.
